"Agreement" — refers to the service plan or membership agreement entered into when you sign up for any of our services.

Our website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate access to our services. By using this website, you agree that you will not:
Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations

Services and membership
All services provided by Metropolitan Business Centers are subject to the terms of the individual service agreement or membership plan you select. By enrolling in any plan, you confirm that:
The information you provide during sign-up is accurate and complete
You are authorized to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your business
You will use the services only for lawful business purposes
You will not use our business address for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
Virtual office address use. Our business address may only be used as a registered business address for legitimate commercial purposes. Use of the address for personal, illegal, or misleading purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your membership.

Payments and fees
All fees for services are outlined in your selected plan or as communicated to you at the time of sign-up. By using our services, you agree to the following payment terms:
Billing
Monthly memberships are billed in advance at the start of each billing period
Hourly and daily bookings are payable at the time of reservation
All fees are stated in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes
Late payments
Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services
We reserve the right to apply a late fee for overdue balances
Price changes
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing clients
Continued use of services after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new rate

Cancellation and refunds
We understand that business needs change. Our cancellation terms are designed to be fair to both parties.
Monthly memberships
You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice before your next billing date
Cancellations received after a billing date has processed will take effect at the end of the current billing period
No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period
Conference room and office bookings
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a full credit toward a future booking
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
No-shows are non-refundable
To cancel or modify a booking, please contact us directly at 661-874-4333 or use the contact form on our website as early as possible.

Mail and reception services
Clients using our mail handling or live reception services agree to the following conditions:
Mail and packages are received on your behalf but remain your responsibility once accepted
We are not liable for the loss, damage, delay, or misdelivery of mail or packages by third-party carriers
Uncollected mail may be returned to sender or disposed of after a reasonable holding period, as communicated to you
Live reception services are provided during standard business hours only; we are not responsible for calls received outside of those hours
You must not use our address to receive mail for any unauthorized third party or for any unlawful purpose

Client conduct and use of premises
All clients and their guests using our physical premises agree to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. You agree that you will not:
Engage in any conduct that disrupts other clients or staff
Damage or misuse any facility, equipment, or furnishings
Use the premises for any unlawful, dangerous, or unauthorized activity
Exceed the stated capacity of any conference room or office space
Bring any hazardous materials onto the premises
We reserve the right to remove any individual from the premises and terminate their membership immediately for conduct that violates these standards, without refund.

Intellectual property
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and page layouts — is the property of Metropolitan Business Centers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without our prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use our name, logo, or branding in any way, including on your own business materials or website.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metropolitan Business Centers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. This includes, but is not limited to:
Loss of business, revenue, or profits
Loss or corruption of data
Interruption or unavailability of services
Actions or omissions of third-party service providers
Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Metropolitan Business Centers, its staff, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
